Eulenspygel was a progressive/jazz/krautrock band from Munich, Germany. They played some psychedelic progressive rock, singing in german, mixing music and left-wing ideas through theaterical performances. Albums: 1970 -We- (under the name of Royal Servants) 1971 -Eulenspygel 2- 1972 -Ausschuss- After a split up and few line-up changes, they released 'Eulenspygel' in 1979 and 'Laut & Deutlich' in 1983, but those are not as psychedelic and radical as their early seventie's work.

Eulenspygel who combined rock with left-wing political theater, and who performed their songs in their own language. Though not as well known as Floh de Cologne, Eulenspygel were almost as radical with their blend of psychedelic and progressive rock with classic rock and jazz styles.
