Suzanne de St. Aubin was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she grew up. After finishing high school, she spent eleven years in Switzerland and France, first as a student and then working in the Swiss watch industry. She returned to the U.S. in 1977, and eventually moved to an island in Puget Sound, Washington State, where she lives with her husband and many animal friends. Her music could be described as electronic with a very light touch. Her first CD, "Heart of the Grail", tells the story of how King Arthur was awakened, returned to Camelot, and was reunited with his wife Guenevere.

Suzanne's second CD, "O! Carolan!" features 15 tunes by beloved 18th-century harper/composer Turlough O'Carolan, electronically orchestrated; O'carolan as never heard before.
She believes in that old adage, "You can't have a beautiful song without a beautiful tune."
