Royal Jones began collaborating in Harvard Square.Studying voice at the Community Music Ctr on Warren Ave.He thanks Frances Demoulas for classical music studies. From the Grace Church in Lawrence,to Dante Pavone's South End pop training to 2 years studying with NE Conservatory's 3rd streamer Geraldine Berkovitz Martin. A move to NYC,in 1979 prompted Steve Sandberg's 'Ruffle in a Bag of Plain'.A couple tracks from "RIABOP" are in featured at RoyalJones.com .

Royal Jones has performed at NYC OUT MUSIC.CDs 'Make Things Nice' 'You Broke the Circle'&'A Dear in the Headlights' and 'no license to cabaret' have since been released.
Royal Jones' last live NYC appearance was in January of 2006 at 55 bar in NYC.
