Lana is Texas bred, raised in Waco, presently residing in Austin, has lived there for 23 years...her parents sang and played guitar, loved country music..bought her her 1st piano when she was 6 and she wrote her first song at 9, which was one verse long. A special moment was a singing contest in San Antonio, Texas where she won 2nd place and another was making the first cd of her songs in Austin, Texas with Danny Levin as part of the band, formerly with 'Asleep At The Wheel' band.
