Karen O & The Kids

Karen Lee Orzolek (born November 22, 1978) is an American singer song-writer, better known by her stage name Karen O and as vocalist for the New York rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Karen O composed all of the songs on the soundtrack of "Where the Wild Things Are" in collaboration with Carter Burwell, the film being directed by her former boyfriend Spike Jonze. She is listed on the soundtrack as "Karen O & the Kids"
