Jennifer Yeung is a talented pianist and vocalist. Her second album, “Dream The Ocean Blue”, is a piano journey through the surreal. Her peaceful songs are relaxing and mysterious. Two of the nineteen tracks have lyrics (Sunshine Hair & You and Me), whereas the rest are said to have accompanying poetry to read while listening to the songs (in the CD booklet). Although the intention was to create bedtime lullabies, the product turned out to be equally appealing to adults and children. I find it difficult to pick out key tracks on this type of album, since they work best as a collective effort. If you do not mind not having the poetry, PayPlay is definitely the cheapest route to purchase the album (by around $10) at the time of me writing this.
