Bio / Background
"X-14" is one of the many projects of Keith Kehrer, owner of and producer for Kamakaze Productions.The new cd combines elements of house, techno, Drum N' Bass, ethnic music and Garage into a pounding and jazzy mix.
Keith has been making music for over twenty years starting out singing in choirs and studying every instrument he could get his hands on and progressing to composing for big band, small ensemble, orchestras and various bands of all ilks.
Getting tired of the band scene (his last band Thunderthing did very well in they Phoenix area but after going through dozens of players dwindled down to one) he got into web design and development and with the advent of faster computers and powerful music software got back into music full bore. Inspired by hearing Transglobal Underground, Meat Beat Manifesto and other electronic acts Keith proceeded to build a computer based project studio.
