Will sings these words in a way that inflects true soul within them, and that makes "True Love" a keeper.

Chosen from his 60+ (!) tracks available on mp3.com, it's a wonder we haven't run across him before. But, as fate plays such a gracious hand, we have the opportunity now. Experience karma sutra in action, the essence of a sand spired cathedral bulges and grows out of the Saharan sands to an ominous and unearthly size. Must be an homage to the Gods, as this track might very well suggest. Beautiful melodic interplay between a fretless bass and an old world relic stringed instrument. Sounds like sitar, so we'll go with that for now, although we here in the Land of Phrygia Music Recognizance and Referential Side Notations Board will make concessions for error. This track brings in the early sounds of a group called Tri-Atma, who were more interested in melting old world music and instruments with beefy Euro-Jazz. The their added advantage, they were all incredible musicians, multi-faceted in every realm, as is Will Diehl. Take a breather and sit down for this one. i like the mood to this one. great vocals: melody, accuracy, lyrics. i keep waiting for the drums to kick in. it just sounds like the production (which is really nice, by the way) & mixing was done so that other instruments would fit into it. very nice song. i think you sound like Steven Stills with a harmonica.Reviewed by: number99 fr
