Warren Appleby’s seventh CD, IRON FORGED IN FIRE, combines a touch of modern Prog-Metal with the Classic Metal traditions found on his previous CD, Soul Crushing Discipline (also available at CD Baby). Fans of Prog-Metal, Classic Metal, and Hard Rock new to Warren’s music will learn what long time fans have always known – this guy ROCKS HARD!!!
Warren brings crushing metal riffs, heavy rhythms, and tasteful solo’s, inspired by his hero’s Michael Schenker, Brian May, and Ritchie Blackmore to the IRON FORGED IN FIRE cd. Listening to lots of Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, and Rush this past year has inspired Warren to add some very cool synthesizer and acoustic guitar soundscapes to complement the pounding metal tracks. Listen close and you’ll also hear a few vocal tracks thrown in for good measure!!!
An accomplished guitarist and bassist, Warren plays all instruments on IRON FORGED IN FIRE.
