In 1990 along with studying at the Cinema Engineers' Institute in Leningrad (Sankt-Petersburg) he began his self-education in playing guitar. Than he has mastered other instruments like fretless bass guitar, sitar, mandola, chanzy, jew's harp, ethnopercussion (darabuka, djembe, kalangu, udu, frame drums, tabla); winds (bansuri, kena, kalyuka, zhaleyka, gayda, overtoneflutes).

Besides he has created some experimental musical instruments: dzuddahord, pruzhingum, plastrimbaphon, rablorrum, ghost catcher, pin-sansa, spring-pivot gamelan, banbang (preparated beer- and coffee-tins) etc. 1991 he founded his first group "Soulbuilding Society" together with Lavrenty Mganga, than he played in "Ensemble Ri" with Lavrenty and Youl' (1996).

He also founded two other projects with Youl': Phonic Duet" (1994) and "The Fourth Race" (2001). 2000 was a foundation year of the trio "Russian-Tuvinian Karma Knot" with the throat singer from Tuva. Nowadays Vladiswar plays in group "Capercailies at the Treshold of Eternity". All these groups take experimental bearings of the basis of world music tradition synthesis (ethno jazz, trance-ethno fusion, new world music etc.)

Since 2000 Vladiswar lives in the biggest eco village "Tibercul". He established "The Department of Sound Microsurgery" (DSM) there. DSM is the researching creative laboratory, which plies a large scale of problems up getting acquirement in playing old musical instruments and using modern electronics to influence on a human energetical structure by means of the sound. The Department researches also how musical instruments influence consciousness and inner organs of people (the project "Move Your Chakra!"). One of the latest projects is the creation of the original energy-dancing system and composing the music for it. V. Nadishana has some solo albums which are recorded with computer in his own studio by multi-track overlap method. Vladiswar possesses a big collection of musical instruments (more than 90) of the world. He is the winner of such international festivals like "Ustuu-Huree", "The Sayan Ring" and "New Songs of the Old Land", and he is also the institutor of the ethno festival "Free of Karma Zone".
