Bio / Background
New Cellar Records Recording Artist "Trepidation" are a Chicago IL. based Rock band with influences ranging from Guns N Roses, Buckcherry, AC/DC, to Avenged Sevenfold.
Although influenced by these bands, Trepidation has a unique sound all its own. Trepidation has molded itself into a creative Rock band with catchy guitar riffs and melodic Hard Rock vocals to capture the attention of audiences and fans of music everywhere.
Originally formed in 2001, this five piece group has been playing shows at venues all over the Midwest. In 2006 the buzz of the band gained the attention of music industry veteran and Grammy Voting producer Todd Joos. Todd quickly signed the band to his Illinois based label Cellar Records. In July of 2006 Trepidation entered the studio with Todd Joos to start work on their debut release "Tearing Emotions Apart". What followed was a series of strong productive sessions.
