Bio / Background
The Trampolines are a AAA-pop/rock band based in Denver Colorado known for their acoustic-based original songs and vocal harmonies.
The Trampolines released their debut EP, "THE TRAMPOLINES" in August of 2005 to a sold-out audience at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and have since sold 3,000+ copies of the disc. It charted with Nielsen Soundscan for more than 14 weeks in the state of Colorado and was number #21 in over-all sales for the year end of 2005.
In 2006, The Trampolines received significant airplay with the songs "1963" & "Bring Me Down" and also toured the West Coast twice. We were also featured on several summer festivals (such as Southpark Music Fest, Midwest Music Summit & Hyperactive). In 2007 The Trampolines started the festival season with performances in Austin, TX at SXSW and Red Gorilla Festival, another wildly successful week-long tour of the west coast, and several major festival appearances and radio promotions in and around Colorado.
↓ more ↓The songs "Dried Flowers" and "1963" aired on MTV in January 2007 as support music for The Real World: Denver and were featured on MTV.COM during the airing run. Currently, the band is working on a recording of new material and are proud to present this remarkable audio-visual event, ONE NIGHT LIVE, captured on film at The Walnut Room in Denver, CO in late 2006. Also, we're honored to share video segments from our landmark sold-out Red Rocks Amphitheatre performance, with extra footage from before and after the show.
