Bio / Background

Charged with intense, emotional sounds that convey the personal, Tim Miller's long anticipated debut album "Out of the Box," rewards the listener with acoustically driven music that takes hold and doesn't let go. Drawing his musical influences from artists such as Edwin McCain, Jeffrey Gaines and Mark Curry, Miller refined his craft over years of performing live and sings with a conviction that comes from experience.

Subscribing to the point of view that life "is a series of defining moments that present with exacting precision a raw and honest view of who you are," on this album Miller speaks to the human condition. "Out of the Box" is about that moment of clarity when you hear your inner voice... You remember who you are and become acutely aware of what you want." Miller adds, "It's as if for one brief moment you have this lucid capacity to truly observe yourself and decide whether or not you like what you see. For me, this album captures that moment.
