Bio / Background
Stand Up is the new single and the precursor to the Stromkern album Light it Up (August 2005). Staying true to Stromkern form, Stand Up follows in the steps of their previous singles (Heretic, Night Riders, Im Traum, Perfect Sunrise and Re-align) with its driving beats, swirling electronics and Ned's patented vocal delivery. Stand Up is a guaranteed hit at both club and college radio levels. The US version of the Stand Up contains three versions of the title track including an Iris mix which is not found on the EU version, a b-side called Can't Believe and the full 12 minute, 3 part, Boole remix of Night Riders. Stand Up provides a glimpse of what is to come and will be sure to prove why Stromkern is one of the new pioneers of the North American electronic scene.
