Society Ills plays a unique and powerful mixture of Alternative, Metal, Punk, Experimental. All this is held together with emotional and meaningful lyrics and powerful guitar playing. Society Ills plays music they love and means something to them and always gives the listener something to enjoy and take away from their music.

"Transmission." is the second CD release by Society Ills, and shows how they have evolved both as songwriters and musicians.

This album stretches from all genres of music such as screamo (Cutthroat Romance) to experimental pyschedelic (such as the song Transmission) and Instumental (The Aftermath) and all between.
