Stanley Griggs! Sir Stan!
One in the same. A native of Okmulgee, Oklahoma and raised in Kansas City, Missouri.
Sir Stan majored in music at R.T. Coles Vocational School. His soulful vocals and the bass guitar has become his trade mark. The quest to continue his musical growth and development required a move to Los Angeles. The years of practice would now become the key to his continued success. Stanley Griggs, 'Sir Stan,' has traveled the world delivering his special gift.
John Lee Hooker, Rufus Thomas, Ike and Tina Turner are only a few of the great artist Sir Stan has had the pleasure of performing with on the very same stage.
Sir Stan has joined veteran producer Leon Haywood and is currently in the studio with a new project. Look for many great things from this musical marriage.
