Bio / Background
update: I have a new record! It's called I Am The Man. I recorded it in Nashville with Marky Nevers (Will Oldham, Lambchop, Calexico, Lou Barlow, Tindersticks, Candi Staton). I play with a band (Tony Crow, William Tyler, Matt Swanson, Brian Kotzur, Paul Burch) on some songs, and just me and guitar on some. It was released June 4th, 2007 in the UK by Honest Jons/EMI. Unfortunately I can't sell it on cdbaby but you can find it here: www.honestjons.com

and now this is about my first record:
I normally play solo but for this recording I got some great musicians together. Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce the band. Frank Bango (Frank Bango and the Magic Fingers) on piano, organ and guitar- he's an octopus! Jeremy Chatzky (Loser's Lounge, Laura Cantrell) on stand up bass. Mike Chylinski (Drugstore) on drums and on some other drums is Sim Cain (David Poe, John Zorn). And right there with some sparkles is Sean Eden (Luna) on guitar.
