David Shook enjoys writing and performing good old fashioned Country & Western style Gospel music.His emphasis is on wholesome American values like...love of God....love of family...and love of country.In "Country Christmas," you will find music that is new and refreshing. Not only tradional country and western style, but also Bluegrass and Hawaiian.The entire David Shook family is involved in this new CD! David's daughter, Susan Higgins, continues to perform background vocals as well as a solo on "Silent Night." His granddaughter, Darylese, gets in the act by singing solo on "Away In A Manger."
The Homecoming Kids are featured once again. This time on "Jingle Bells," and "Jesus Is The Reason."

Playing instruments are David on accoustic and bass guitars. John David, Greg Livingston, and Candy Girard play the remainder of the instruments. They have all appeared with big name country artists and are in great demand as studio musicians.
