Bio / Background
The Band, SEATBELT and the PECKING ORDER, was formed in the hills of San Pedro in 2004 as SS and Flowbee were sitting on the backporch pickin’ a couple of hillbilly tunes, when all of a sudden a blinding light caught their attention. They looked up to see what looked like some sort of space ship coming down, but of course they didn’t believe in such things, so they both did double takes until they saw the craft set down near their moonshine still! Racing over to protect their “product”, they stood transfixed as the door opened and out stepped two extra-terrestrials.
“We need jet fuel. Do you have any?” asked the bigger of the two.
“Nope. Got some moonshine, though, and it’s mighty powerful stuff!”
“May we purchase all you have at fair market value?” asked the uglier one.
“Heck yes!” answered SS and Flowbee in unison, and that was the birth of their harmony style.
