Bio / Background
Ryan plays solo fiddle on this CD of traditional and original dance style tunes: jigs, reels, hoedowns, waltzes, and fiddle blues.
He has won many fiddle contest awards, including the Northeast regional award at the National Fiddle Contest. These are some of his favorite tunes from years of playing for contra and square dances. His playing is clear and rhythmic, and his tune variations fresh and pleasing to listen to.
