Bio / Background
born a poor boy june 9 1938 in a tenate house near irwin ohio.
second oldest of six brother's and two sister's.there was no
electric or runing water in the house. he played the honky tonk's
in the late 50's and early 60's. the song's you will hear rick sing he
wrote some forty year's ago. and is just now being recorded.
with his lead man from springfield ohio ray murnahan. as you listen
to the song's you can tell it reflex's the hard life that he lived.
rick nolan came back from the past with songs that were recorded allmost a half century ago. some of the recordings were taken from old demo 45 rpm records that were never released. you can hear the scratch and skip from these damaged 45's. but the lyrics is what you want to listen to. tear jerkin beer drinkin down in the dumps music
