Bio / Background
RHAD DAVIS is a Maine native Singer/Songwriter who has been performing throughout New England since 1998. A self-taught musician since age 7, Rhad has become fluent in Piano, Guitar, Bass and Drums.
Rhad spent 10 years playing with former band Tribe Describe throughout New England, releasing 3 CDs. (1 officially.)
Now persuing his solo career, Rhad frequents many smaller venues in Portland, Maine and has recently been seen playing at The Bitter End in NYC. His music is hard to define, with vastly changing styles. His serious blues and jazz influences apparent, as he seemlessly switches up his repertoire melding several genres of music into a single set.
Rhad started recording a demo in June of 2006 with former band members, Scott Morgan, Doug Morgan and Jason Ayers. After recording the three songs with a full band, Rhad decided to continue with recording some solo material.
↓ more ↓After working with Grammy Winner Adam Ayan at Gateway Mastering Studios, in June of 2007 Rhad finished recording his debut album "Will It Come".
