Bio / Background

Combining the songwriting of Rick Redington with the musical support of The Samples has produced a beautifully organic Rock n' Roll offering from the Green Mountains of Vermont. These ten songs were recorded at Mt. Hollywood Studios in a few days of intense 18 + hour sessions and finalized with the help of Grammy Winning Engineer/Producer Jay Newland. The vibe in the studio was indescribable as the tunes unraveled themselves to players who had yet to even hear them. Between the composers excitement and the energy of The Samples fresh off a 16 week tour...this disc emits the sweet and positive energy of songs dealing with relationships of all possibilities. From the first track featuring The Samples fearless leader Sean Kelly on vocals to the last track featuring drummer/percussionist extrordinaire Bill Mutchler on a single Tabla drum as well as kick and hi-hat. The FLOW is self-evident.
