Bio / Background
There are two places songwriter/singer/guitarist Raymond Parker feels most comfortable, on the back of a horse he is training and on stage when he is performing his own songs, as well as a few George Strait tunes. Raymond also works a full time job.
Just back from New York, Raymond recently recorded his second album `Forgive Me` with Black Rose Productions and Broccoli Entertainment. Raymond and his band, The Lost River Band, are hitting the stages in Oregon and California seeking the best avenue for people to hear and enjoy the songs of this album as well as the seven songs Raymond recorded in 2001 with the help of two-time Grammy winner Chris Booher of Asleep at the Wheel. The title track, 'Forgive Me' is about a man coming to terms with sins we all commit and then moving on with the knowledge that by God's Grace we can move past them.
