Nominated for the San Diego Music Awards thrice now: Once back in 1997 in the Best Adult Alternative Album category for his first Betterworld Records CD, Little Suns, and in 2001 and 2002's Best Acoustic Artist category, Joe Rathburn's music defies catagorization.
