Bio / Background
One night in Louisiana. Shreveport, to be exact.
I was born in Shreveport. As a kid, I'd returned almost every year since to visit my grandparents. Then I took off to see the world. I'd lived in Japan, all over Europe, and some in Africa.
December 2nd 2006. My first show in my hometown, and I was scared. Scared that maybe the folks there weren't quite ready to accept a kid who had seen the ocean and come back to tell about it. I took a deep breath and spilled my secrets to the audience: out came the travel stories, the foreign languages, and even some classical songs I'd learned at the conservatory. I took a leap of faith found the warm and receptive audience right there to catch me.
It was a great show. I hope you enjoy listening to it.
