Bio / Background

Ramin's love and fascination for music started when he received his first keyboard from his mother on his 13th birthday. Shortly after he emigrated to Germany in 1985 where he was influenced by a number of great Iranian musicians such as Parviz Fazelipour, Ahmad Bayat and Razmik Minassian.

Nevertheless,his friendship, and more importantly, his engagement with the great Iranian Pianist and composer, Vahid Bassiri, brought him valueable experiences. Last but not least, working with persian singers like Farzin, Helen and Manouchehr Sakhaei on stage, Ramin learned quickly the ins and outs of being the band's leader and the beauty and magic of making great music with others on stage and in the music studio.

This album is a collection of different music styles which will enable you to enjoy a variety of affluent Iranian music today.
