Bio / Background
Aris Quiroga is a teacher, composer and concert classical guitarist. A native of Bogota Colombia, he studied at National University of Bogota, and the conservatory of music in Madrid.
He has soloed with the Colombia Philharmonic Orchestra the Concierto of Antonio Vivaldi and Fernando Carulli. He took master classes with Abel Carlevaro, Oscar Giglia, Michael Lorimer, Andres Segovia, Carlos Barbosa lima, Pepe and Angel Romero.
Aris's most famous performances were in Spain at national radio and television networks, recitals in Madrid, Asturias, Oviedo and Jijon. In Colombia, he performed a concert for the Colombian President at San Carlos Palace with the Philharmonic Orchestra, National Television Bogota, National University of Bogota, Colombo German Alliance, Colombo French Alliance, Colombo Brazilian Institute, Aruba, and Netherlands Antilles.
