an enormous emotional atmosphere for one guitar, that never fails to draw the listener in.
Performed on numerous acoustic and electro/acoustic guitars with a variety of
exotic tunings, the album never rests in one sonic territory for long.
One can hear the influences of Pat Metheny, Michael Hedges or the avant chordal approach of Alan Holdsworth; but Prichard never allows his wealth of technique to upstage his commitment to the compositions.
