Melodic and literate Rock from an aspiring cult hero and longtime Boston area stalwart.
Bio / Background
Phil emerges from the shadows with the first collection of songs released under his own name. Over the past several years, there have been many reported but unconfirmed sightings of Phil lurking in the background playing piano and organ with the likes of Buffalo Tom and Delta Clutch.
There have also been rumours that he has been steadily penning material for years and is planning an onslaught of recordings. Who knows what to believe anymore?
