Patchouli's 6th album COME A LITTLE CLOSER features 12 all new original songs and a brand new studio version of the award winning single "The Woods."Patchouli is the acoustic duo of singer songwriter Julie Patchouli and guitarist Bruce Hecksel. COME A LITTLE CLOSER was produced in collaboration with Robert Arendt of Secret Garden Recording and Production in Chicago, Illinois, who also played drums and percussion on the album. Julie Patchouli, wrote all of the lyrics, sings the lead vocal and plays acoustic guitar, upright and acoustic basses, and marimba. Bruce Hecksel, plays lead and acoustic guitar, electric guitar, acoustic bass, keyboards and sings backing vocals.
