Native American flute music with contemporary instrumentation; tenderhearted and pure -- Evren was 7 when he recorded the album, and recognized as "Rising Star" by the Native American Music Awards in 2001.


Bio / Background

Evren Ozan was six years old when he discovered the Native American flute on a cross-country road trip. Images of Winter was recorded when he was seven, and the following year he was honored as "Rising Star" at the Native American Music Awards, where he was a featured performer. The album has been played on radio stations throughout the US and is heard on independent films, as well as in concert. Evren has received numerous musical awards, performed in venues all across the country, and worked with world-class musicians.
