Bio / Background
Norman Frank Compton's "The Koolanesian Heart," comfortably rests in the idea that the heart has reasons that reason knows nothing of.So, one might as well go with the flow. And, Compton's music does just that- it flows. The music comes across mellow and uncomplicated, yet the lyrics become deceptively wise when discussing matters of the heart. With easy Caribean flavored percussion setting the course and South Pacific strings filling the sails, Compton's sun soaked voice and everyman lyrics takes the listener on a journey from heaven to heartache and back to heaven once again.
