Love machines on drum machines bringing back the electronic groove, old school hip hop and classic soul of the cassette deck generation
Bio / Background
'Girl/On/Girl' is the second single from MUDDYLOOP’s soon-to-released debut album ‘Flight Night’. The track is an orgasmatron of influences; mashing up funk fried bass arrangements, p-funk leads and a crisp old school beat which provides the perfect setting for Metro Williams’ horny boy raps and the sing-a-long chorus that makes itself too comfortable in your head. On the B-Side, hot new music stallion Station X kicks electro dirt in the face of the original with his big 80s synth-sexed remix. Guaranteed to get the dance floors slippery this summer, Muddyloop slip another happy pill into the industry’s serious spirit. Now get dancing!
In case you still don't know, MUDDYLOOP is Blonde Peterson and Metro Williams: production duo, song-writers and sex symbols. Yes, sex symbols.
Blonde and Metro landed on this Earth to bring to you their endearing mash-up of electronic soul and groove: pseudo-pop with synthesized instrumentation and featured vocalists.

Inspired by, and fusing influences as diverse as Prince, Midnight Star, Bronski Beat and Grandmaster Flash, MUDDYLOOP bring a different sound to the table: horny pop, electro sex, and future funk.
The MUDDYLOOP sound is built upon imaginative song writing, old school production techniques and sounds, and, most importantly, their quirky characters. In essence, MUDDYLOOP is the king-size bed where these memorable synth leads, drum machine hits, weirdo lyrics and sexualised vocals reach their fantastic climax.
Formed in 1999 to record their weird and abstract beats to play on their car stereos and impress females, MUDDYLOOP have gone on to write and record music for cool, reputable labels such as Chez Music and Dessous Recordings. In March 2007, their first EP – The Love Rider EP – will be released on Symphonic Records.
MUDDYLOOP are now wrapping up production on their first full-length studio album – “Flight Night” - 11 hot tracks of genre-bending songs to break hearts, spread legs and shake booties. If all goes to plan, the album should propel MUDDYLOOP to major stardom, making them the new darlings of the music industry!
