About The Artist...
"I've been playing and singing music as long as I can remember". These are the words in which Mark Lavey has always spoken whenever asked the question when his love for music began. At the tender age of 5, Mark sang on a talent show in Granton, Wisconsin, his hometown, and from that point on, knew that music and performing was something he truly enjoyed and wanted to do.
Presently living in the Twin Cities, Mark is an accomplished singer/songwriter who plays, produces, and arranges his own music. With an adult Christian Contemporary flavor, his latest project and new CD, "Positive Thinking", is brimming full of life, meaning, priority and saturated with life's lessons, where each song emulates the CD's main title. "If I can reach ONE person within these songs of hope, and influence positive changes to ones life", Mark explains, "Then I've served my purpose through the grace of God".
