Bio / Background
Mike Lopez is one of those guitarists that come along once in a while. Born in New York City he’s incorporated its soul in his sound. He’s a blues style hard rocker with a very melodic touch. Definitely a slow hand type of style that fills the ear. Like fine wine gets better with time he started his playing at 8 and is a half-century-old. His influences are the legends like Jimi Hendrix, Beatles, Stones, Yardbirds, Cream, Led Zepplin, Santana, and the list goes on way past my ankle. He’s part Guitarist, Vocalist, Engineer and that list go on. You can catch him at Elite Studios in Arizona. Give him a listen and I’m sure you’ll agree He rocks. Enjoy.
