Bio / Background
This CD is a collection of originals and standards performed by the Middle C Music Jazz All Stars. All of the musicians on the CD are teachers here at Middle C Music in Washington, DC.

Middle C Music has put its own jazz CD, filled with tunes by local musicians who teach at the Tenleytown music store.
"Last summer I realized that I had some of the best jazz players in Washington, DC, teaching in my store," said owner Myrna Sislen. "I suggested to them that maybe we should put on a concert and they suggested doing a CD. It is something of a stretch for a sheet music store to produce an album, but I thought it would be a great idea."
The result is Middle C Music Jazz All Stars.
A Sunday afternoon concert marked the official release.
