Melissa infuses the sounds of folk, Celtic and rock with her own distinctive lyrical, vocal and guitar styles. A soprano, Melissa crafts light, yet poignant, vocal melodies over intense, meticulously-picked guitar compositions, and matches them with her provocative, cryptic lyrical stylings. Writing songs since she was 14, Melissa has led an accomplished solo career. She opened for Catie Curtis, was a folk finalist in the Song of the Year Contest, received acclaim from several regional and national critics, and performed at some of the largest and conferences and festivals in the tri-state area (DE/PA/MD).
