Longbottom the Turtle discovers that a dam is blocking the river that brings water to his home. Can Longbottom, with the help of his new friends Kitchenai the hawk, Pshew the hungry alligator and Dompata the rabbit, get the water back before it's too late? On his journey Longbottom learns about friendship, bravery, and his own ability to create positive change. With vibrant original music and colourful characters, a cast of five magically portray this environmental fable.

Chris McKhool is one of Canada's favourite children's stars, and has been touring across Canada with his children's concerts for ten years, reaching over 600,000 children. Chris has appeared on Mr. Dressup, YTV's Treehouse, TVOntario's Crawlspace and the CBC. Chris is a 2005 Green Toronto Award of Excellence Winner was a finalist for the "Environment Canada Action Award".
Chris has toured through all of Canada including Baffin Island and the Maritime provinces and has appeared at the Ottawa, Vancouver, Thunder Bay and London International Children's Festivals. In the U.S, he was a favourite at the Taste of Chicago, The Old Town School of Folk Music and Front Porch Music. He has also performed in England, Cuba, Guatemala and Tibetan schools across the Indian Himalayas.
In 2001 Chris brought his love of violin to young audiences and started touring his FiddleFire! concert for kids in festivals across Canada, including the Distillery Jazz Festival in his home town. Chris has also brought FiddleFire! to Toronto Harbourfront's Cushion Concert series and headlined Toronto's First Night at the Skydome.
