Bio / Background
If fleeting, commercial, relativistic messages are what you're looking for you won't have to search to long to find satisfaction in pop music. Mayberry brings something different to the table and is one of the most significant rock bands you have yet to hear. The band consists of four young musicians: James Earwood and Jonathan Harris of Toccoa Georgia, Mark Green from Lawrenceville Georgia and David Allen Perry "Dap" from Augusta Georgia. They blend the pop sensibilities of alternative rock bands like Third Eye Blind and the Goo Goo Dolls with the depth of Switchfoot and Underoath. Mayberry has taken it upon
themselves to craft an arsenal of alternative rock tunes that are sure to grab your attention and keep it long after the song ends. Indeed, Mayberry's promise is to excite more than just your senses of rhythm and melody. Front man James and lead guitarist Jonathan met in high school and began writing music together in a band called Esoteric.
