Bio / Background

The Bull And I is the debut album from drummer / songwriter / producer Matt Vucic. (pronounced view-sick). Combining Rock, Jazz, and African styles, Matt has created a contemporary collection of songs that move the listener along much like a film score.

Matt has spent the last decade living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Throughout this time he has had the opportunity to work with many different artists, whether in the recording studio or on the road touring. Liz Berlin (Rusted Root, Solo artist) asked Matt to play drums on her recent release “AudioBioGraphical”. He will also accompany her live performances. Matt has played drums with Mark Dignam (folk singer/songwriter). He was a co- founder of Yves Jean Band, (rock) touring extensively and recording drums on two of the bands albums- Been Many Days Empty and Rise above Your Surroundings.
