The rhythm and gentle harmonies inspire deep and peaceful breathing, making this the perfect background music for daily yoga. The nature sounds are so well mixed that one feels inspired to stretch and breathe and release any tension that is being held in the body. Awesome for massage therapy too!

Soulful notes flowing smoothly against a backdrop of birds, crickets and running water.
