The release of "tangent's trail" through MGM/Falcon St Beats has seen a dramatic change in the worlds of triphop and jazz.
This is Majella's debut album and features her much adored cover of Kate Bush's "The man with the child in his eyes", nominated for the Triple j hottest 100 and first released on Groovescooter's "British Airwaves". Other tunes you'll recognise are "cry"- the clip's been flogged on RAGE- and her critically acclaimed "permanent trip" first released on Silent Soundtracks and loved by triple j.

"Sitting somewhere between Bjork and Lou Rhodes, Majella O'Shea delivers a unique album. The album features production standing somewhere between the electronic and acoustic: it's dark and mysterious yet alluring and gentle. Her voice is divine as she draws you in with whispers and lyrics that paint pictures that tangents can only dream of.
