Bio / Background

Before there was the Subdudes, John Magnie was playing all around New Orleans with his soulful style. We heard John playing a solo gig in the french market and asked him to do a record for Rabadash. We didn't know John was going to assemble this all star cast of musicians and backgroud singers. This Album was done live at Tipitina's and although it was done in 84 it is still one of our favorites.
