Bio / Background
"Of Saints and Angels" is a project of true love. It is an expression of the love that God has for his people. It is a love that challenges the listener to respond. George Lower's orginal tunes capture the Spirit of the Living God in a way that is uncomplicated, yet, deeply spiritual. It is music that gets out of the way and lets the Spirit flow to that part of the soul where prayer becomes a two way communication.
The original music on this CD has been successfully used in a varitey of settings including: church services, weddings, spiritual retreats and for personal meditation. Inspiration for many of the songs happens during retreat times. George says, "During retreats I can connect with the Spirit in a way that is different from my private prayer. It involves the whole community that is engaged in prayer. The songs express a unique character that is a reflection of the people on retreat, but does not exclude others who listen.
