Bio / Background
This is Lovie's first major recording project, but she has been creating music for over 20 years.
Lovie's interest in music began when she was inspired to write songs using lyrics she created. Most of her songs are based on personal experiences; a testimonial of how Jesus brought her through many challenging situations.
She was born in Clarksville, Tennessee, raised in Springfield, Tennessee and currently makes her home in Oakland, California. She is the mother of five children and four grandchildren. She loves to cook and work with children. She is very active in her church. One of her favorite activities at church comes as no surprise: she loves singing in the church choir.
Lovie aspires to do much more recording. Her desire is to reach out to a multitude of people with the message of hope in Jesus Christ.
