Drawing inspiration from blues, classic rock, hip-hop and a "bit of funk, Chili Peppers style," Live Oak Decline crafts a sound that is simultaneously unique yet familiar.
Bio / Background
Live Oak Decline is an original rock band from Austin, Texas. Band members Greg Combs, Keld Ewart, Steve Littleton and Noah Watson are all experienced working musicians. Their unique sound is rooted in creative, solid songwriting and appeals to both a commercial and eclectic fan base.
In addition to their work with Live Oak Decline, band members have performed with other recognized touring acts including Medicine Show (credited with influencing many major Texas country acts) and Dexter Freebish (the internationally touring pop rock band of the hit song, “Leaving Town”), as well as other Texas country bands such as Cory Morrow, Stoney Larue, and Django Walker.
The talent, creativity and experience of each member mesh to create a truly unique Austin sound. The energy and innovation of Live Oak Decline and the accomplished professionalism of its members offer fans good, original music.
