Bio / Background
Lisa Dewey and the Lotus Life live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lisa's band members are John Testani on drums, Paul Zimmerman on bass and Keith St. Thomas on lead guitar.
Lisa Dewey & The Lotus Life's new record, (Lisa's 4th) 'Busk' (Bella Union/Kitchen Whore), will be officially released on April 6th, 2004. As with the previous record 'Weather Changer Girl', this new record also contains the work and assistance of the legendary Simon Raymonde (Cocteau Twins). Together, Lisa Dewey
and Simon Raymonde have produced yet another masterpiece of female vocals over beautiful guitar and piano melodies.
The single 'Mellow Day' includes two bonus non-album tracks and features special guest performances by Simon Raymonde, Sheldon Ferguson, Jess and Brooklyn.
