"If you wanna write a tropical song, you gotta take your heart & soul, pour'em
into a blender witha buncha dark rum, pineapple and coconut juice, put on some
shorts and flip-flops and just kick back, man ....smell the boat drinks, the
coppertone, the salty sea breeze and just soak it all in.....everybody has to do
their tanning time in the hammock on their own."
Leo's music was born under a palm tree and rooted its self in the white sand of many blue water beaches. It speaks to you of leaving that cold place behind and movin' south into life in the laid back lane with the Parrotheads, the conky's of key west and the red necks on the beaches of south Georgia.
John Wayne said: "It ain't braggin' if you done it" and Leo has done it. From more smoke filled honky tonks than you can count, the swanky nose up in the air, look at me gigs, to thousands of the best gigs in the world.....

Very good all around. This album makes you want to go to the beach.
