Bio / Background

started in kansas, grew up in the marine corps, saw the world & then some, visited exotic places like viet nam. retired from the corps. i got to play and sing in germany,turkey,hawaii,japan,the phillippines, and of course the u.s.a. i grew up on hank williams,webb pierce, hank snow and all the good old singers. my songwriting career was spotty -- i wrote a few in the '50s,60's, but in '86 they started pouring out like a dam had burst. these 10 i offer to you from my heart. i tried to pick a different shade with each song to give an across the board picture of me.
